Are stained concrete surfaces slippery?

Stained concrete is no more slippery than the original concrete surface. The texture of the concrete is what provides traction. Stained concrete is not altering the texture of the original concrete. In cases where the concrete is deemed to be a slip hazard, a non-skid additive can be added.
